This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for ethical and responsible behavior from all suppliers that do business with Depatie Fluid Power.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Suppliers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the regions and countries where they operate, including but not limited to labor, environmental, health, and safety laws. Suppliers must maintain accurate records and permits, and actively work to ensure their compliance.

ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

Depatie Fluid Power expects suppliers to conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness. Suppliers should not engage in any corrupt or unethical practices, including bribery, extortion, fraud, or any form of illegal inducements. We also expect suppliers to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain a transparent and accountable business relationship.

LABOR AND HUMAN RIGHTS

a. Forced Labor: Suppliers shall not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, including human trafficking. All employment must be voluntary, and workers must have the freedom to leave employment at any time.

b. Child Labor: Suppliers must not employ individuals who are below the legal working age in the applicable jurisdiction. Depatie Fluid Power adheres to international labor standards that establish the minimum working age.

c. Non-Discrimination: Suppliers must provide equal employment opportunities and treatment to all employees, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Suppliers must respect the confidentiality of Depatie Fluid Power's proprietary information and intellectual property. They should not disclose, use, or reproduce such information without proper authorization.

SUPPLY CHAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Suppliers are encouraged to implement similar ethical and responsible conduct throughout their own supply chains. This includes ensuring that their sub-suppliers also adhere to this Supplier Code of Conduct.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Depatie Fluid Power encourages suppliers to report any violations of this Code of Conduct. We have established a process for confidentially reporting concerns, and we will not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who make good-faith reports.
